MOSCOW, Apr 3 (PRIME) -- The Industry and Trade Ministry has ordered the Russian regions to provide smooth movement of transport shipping food and staple goods, according to a document seen by PRIME on Friday.
“(The regions) must ensure unimpeded movement of transportation means delivering all products, first of all, food and staple goods, as well as of transport going to load such products,” the document read.
The ministry also ordered the regions to organize production of medical masks and supplies of the products to local residents.
